We are a locally owned and operated inspection company. Founded in 1993 by Jennifer Davidson, she and her husband Bob built an impressive client base. Their son Lonny now continues to grow this client base with his excellent communication skills and second generation knowledge of property inspections. Working for the clients of some of the finest Realtors in San Diego County has brought a large portion of their business on referral.
Lonny Davidson
Lonny is a California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Certified Inspector who has been inspecting properties in all of San Diego County since 2015. He has a background in construction as he worked for a Builder in Coronado for over 6 years off and on in between obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Son of two Master CREIA Inspectors who have been inspecting for over 30 years, and a father who has been a licensed contractor for even longer, Lonny was learning about Properties and Property Inspection well before becoming a full-time Property Inspector. He now conducts some of the most detailed inspections/ inspection reports you can find in the industry. Lonny provides a clearer understanding of the home and guidance for the next step of this important process.

He is currently on the board for the San Diego CREIA chapter and is committed to continue to be involved with the Association.

Education Oriented
You will gain insight into the workings of the home, safety features/ issues, defects/ needed repairs, recommended upgrades based on today’s standards, future maintenance needed, system lifespans and system replacements/ upgrades that have occurred in the past.
Throughout the inspection you will learn about all major systems in the home. We wholeheartedly encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. In addition, we provide a clear and detailed written report. Our clients are encouraged to call us with questions they may have after the inspection.
